• Initial order generally 2 singles of everything (normal case rounding applies) The fast-moving lines are a little higher. We require acceptance of the order top proceed.

 What Phoenix needs from the branch:

• A colleague must be available to support the implementation, or they will not complete or be able proceed.

• Shelf edge stripping in place to accommodate the labels.

• The first 2 bays cleared ready for the implementation date and 10 empty totes available.

Price file

All price information that your EPOS system requires (product barcode (EAN), description, price, pipcode and VAT rates) will be uploaded in bulk and updated quarterly.

( note from Numark: If you plan to use Numark RRP and have the quarterly update you will need to turn off C&D update or will overwrite your new pricing.)

Headers and Shelf Edge Stripping inserts

You will receive category headers for Pain(Red) and Assorted categories headers(Blue), also coloured shelf edge stripping inserts Red (pain), Light & Dark Blue for other categories. These will be delivered as part of the equipment order.

Perspex PMed Boxes

You will receive a delivery of Small, Medium, Large Perspex boxes and steps as part of your equipment order, please can you report damages to your PDM ASAP. The boxes are matched to the needs of your bespoke planograms and shown as a box around the PMeds.

NB. PMed items should always be merchandised inside the PMed boxes to comply with GPhC regulations.

SparkApp Ordering

We will email your pharmacy email address the action required to set up a device. This will contain the QR code for downloading the App to an android device, the device can be used to scan out of stocks on the shopfloor and/or to add to a daily order when items are sold at the till point.
